we are looking for a Senior Web Developer who will be responsible for developing new products and maintaining current products, which were built with Ruby on Rails.
this is a full time position and the candidate must have the following qualifications:
- experience in developing high level applications with PHP & MySQL
- having JAVA, C# or C++ experience is a plus
- having Ruby on Rails experience is a huge plus
- must be comfortable using JavaScript, XML, AJAX, Memcached, MySQL
- must be comfortable using Linux
- minimum two years of experience in a commercial environment
- experience in analyzing, designing and coding of web applications
- excellent grasp of written and oral english
- strong verbal and written communication ability
- ability to solve problems analytically and using systematic approaches
- ability to cope with pressure, uncertainity and change
- must have a high standard for work ethic and quality
- independent problem-solving capabilities, self-direction, self-motivation
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is a must
- no military obligation for at least two years
